Hi, I'm Chad.

I've spent my career helping big companies make smart bets. Now I help growing businesses make the smartest bet of this decade: putting AI to work.

For nearly twenty years I worked inside some of the world's most demanding companies. At Meta, I was a strategy lead in global ads partnerships, where I designed a $20M incentive program that delivered more than 3X ROI and helped future-proof the business against Apple's iOS privacy changes. At Kimberly-Clark, I did corporate strategy and ran a customer P&L approaching $1B in revenue. At Unilever, I led consumer insights for brands like Hellmann's and Knorr. I started my career in finance at Schering-Plough after earning my economics degree magna cum laude from Rutgers, and I hold an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern.

Today I teach marketing strategy as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Business School, and I run Chad GPT, where I bring that same strategic discipline to AI adoption for small and mid-size businesses. I'm certified in Google AI Fundamentals and was named Digital Marketer of the Year.

The name is a wink. The work is serious: finding where AI genuinely pays off in your business, proving it quickly, and teaching your team to run it without me.

I'm based in North Bergen, New Jersey, and work with clients everywhere. Engagements are delivered async and over videoconference, so you're paying for outcomes, not travel days.
